December 19, 2019It’s important to remind people that most people we talk to have something that needs to be addressed to achieve their goals. Whether you’re looking to buy your first home or your first investment, your first vacation home or your first or fifth flip, you get the point; usually, there is an unknown element.
Many people take the long road and try to figure it out on their own. Worse yet, they quit. Most of the time, it’s not because they are afraid to ask but because they don’t know who to ask. Whether buying a car, a watch, or a pair of running shoes – I’ve often been in this same situation. We don’t know what we don’t know, and that’s okay.
If you really want to achieve something, whether it’s in real estate or not, you need to step out of your comfort zone and ask questions. Be a student and align yourself with a mentor. If you can do that, you will achieve your goals a lot faster.
